BiuLog 隱私權政策
BiuLog 是一款提供給父母與照顧者使用的寶寶生活記錄 App。本政策說明 BiuLog 如何處理與保護使用者在 App 中建立或產生的資料。
1. 我們處理的資料
使用者可在 App 中自行建立寶寶資料與照護紀錄，例如寶寶名稱、生日、性別、照片、喝奶、睡眠、尿布、副食品、成長、里程碑、乳牙、疫苗、家庭健康、備註、提醒設定、自訂按鈕與備份資料。一般個人紀錄主要儲存在使用者裝置中；使用者主動啟用家庭分享或專業照護協作時，為了在授權成員之間同步，相關寶寶資料、照護紀錄、聯絡簿、留言、公告、接送時間與重要事項會傳送至 BiuLog 的雲端服務。使用爸媽聊天室時，系統也會處理使用者選擇的暱稱、頭像、訊息、回覆、提及、愛心、已讀狀態、檢舉、封鎖及必要的管理紀錄。
2. 帳號、雲端同步與試用狀態
BiuLog 可能使用 Firebase 匿名驗證識別 App 使用者，並透過部署於 Zeabur 的應用程式服務與 PostgreSQL 資料庫提供家庭分享、專業照護協作及跨裝置同步。為了維護購買權益及試用狀態，系統也可能處理 App ID、平台、匿名驗證 ID、App 版本、試用開始時間、最後使用時間與更新時間。除非使用者在內容中自行填寫，這些識別與狀態資料不要求姓名、電話或電子郵件。
3. 廣告
BiuLog 使用 Google AdMob 顯示廣告。Google 可能依其政策處理廣告識別碼、裝置資訊、廣告互動、粗略位置或其他廣告相關資料。購買去廣告或專業版後，BiuLog 會依購買狀態停止顯示廣告。
4. 內購與付款
BiuLog 提供一次性內購商品，例如去廣告與專業版。付款、價格、發票與退款流程由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 處理。BiuLog 只會接收購買狀態、商品識別碼與必要的交易狀態，用於解鎖功能與恢復購買。
5. 照片、檔案與備份
使用者可自行選擇照片作為寶寶大頭貼、自訂按鈕圖片、里程碑或照護聯絡簿內容。BiuLog 不會在未經使用者操作的情況下讀取或上傳相簿內容。使用者主動分享至照護聯絡簿的照片會儲存在非公開的 Cloudflare R2 物件儲存空間，並透過具時效性的授權連結提供給同一寶寶的授權家長與照護人員查看。聯絡簿共享照片預設保留 3 天，期間可由授權使用者儲存或分享，期限到達後會自動從雲端物件儲存空間移除；具有權限的上傳者或機構管理者也可提前刪除。文字聯絡簿與照護數據不會因照片到期而刪除。使用者匯出 CSV、JSON 備份或透過系統分享功能傳送檔案時，資料會依使用者選擇的方式處理。
6. 通知
BiuLog 可能使用本機通知提醒照護事項、疫苗或自訂提醒。本機通知主要在使用者裝置上處理。
7. 資料分享
BiuLog 不會販售使用者的個人資料。為提供 App 功能，資料可能由 Firebase、Zeabur、PostgreSQL 服務、Cloudflare R2、Google AdMob、Apple App Store、Google Play 與裝置系統服務處理。家庭分享與專業照護資料只提供給使用者主動加入或授權的家庭成員、家長、照護人員或機構管理者。
8. 兒童隱私
BiuLog 並非設計給兒童直接使用，而是提供給父母或照顧者記錄寶寶照護資訊。
9. 使用者控制
使用者可在 App 中管理、匯出或備份資料，並可刪除具有刪除權限的共享照片或聊天室訊息、封鎖其他聊天室成員或提出檢舉。聊天室訊息目前預設保留 90 天，實際保存天數會顯示於 App 內，並可能由管理設定在 7 至 365 天之間調整。退出或被移除於分享關係後，該帳號將無法繼續存取相應的共享內容。若移除 App 或清除裝置資料，本機資料可能會被刪除，建議在換手機或重裝前先匯出備份。如需協助刪除無法在 App 內自行刪除的雲端資料，可透過下方電子郵件提出申請。

BiuLog Privacy Policy
BiuLog is a baby daily care tracking app for parents and caregivers. This policy explains how BiuLog handles and protects data created or generated in the app.
1. Data We Handle
Users may create baby profiles and care records, such as baby name, birthday, gender, photos, feeding, sleep, diapers, solid food, growth, milestones, baby teeth, vaccine and family health records, notes, reminders, custom buttons, and backup data. General personal records are primarily stored on the user's device. When a user enables Family Sharing or Professional Care collaboration, related baby data, care records, daily reports, messages, notices, attendance times, and important items are sent to BiuLog's cloud services so they can be synchronized among authorized members. When using the parent community, the service also processes the nickname and avatar selected by the user, messages, replies, mentions, reactions, read status, reports, blocks, and necessary moderation records.
2. Accounts, Cloud Sync, and Trial Status
BiuLog may use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to identify app users and application services deployed on Zeabur with a PostgreSQL database to provide Family Sharing, Professional Care collaboration, and cross-device sync. To maintain purchase entitlements and trial status, the system may also process app ID, platform, anonymous auth ID, app version, trial start time, last seen time, and update time. Unless a user enters them in content, these identifiers and status records do not require a name, phone number, or email address.
3. Advertising
BiuLog uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google may process advertising identifiers, device information, ad interactions, coarse location, or other advertising-related data according to Google's policies. After a remove-ads or premium purchase, BiuLog uses purchase status to stop showing ads.
4. In-App Purchases and Payment
BiuLog offers non-consumable in-app purchases, such as remove ads and premium. Payments, pricing, invoices, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. BiuLog receives only purchase status, product identifiers, and necessary transaction status to unlock features and restore purchases.
5. Photos, Files, and Backups
Users may choose photos for baby avatars, custom button images, milestone records, or shared daily care reports. BiuLog does not read or upload the photo library without user action. Photos actively shared to a care report are stored in private Cloudflare R2 object storage and made available to authorized parents and care providers for the same child through time-limited authorized links. Shared report photos are retained for 3 days by default and may be saved or shared by authorized users during that period. After the retention period, they are automatically removed from cloud object storage; an authorized uploader or workspace owner may also delete them sooner. Text reports and care data are not deleted when a photo expires. When users export CSV, create JSON backups, or share files through the system share sheet, the data is handled according to the user's chosen action.
6. Notifications
BiuLog may use local notifications for care reminders, vaccines, or custom reminders. Local notifications are primarily processed on the user's device.
7. Data Sharing
BiuLog does not sell users' personal data. Data may be processed by services required to provide app functionality, including Firebase, Zeabur, PostgreSQL services, Cloudflare R2, Google AdMob, Apple App Store, Google Play, and device operating system services. Family Sharing and Professional Care data is available only to family members, parents, care providers, or workspace owners whom the user actively joins or authorizes.
8. Children's Privacy
BiuLog is not intended for direct use by children. It is intended for parents or caregivers to record baby care information.
9. User Control
Users can manage, export, or back up data in the app; delete shared photos or community messages when they have permission; block community members; and submit reports. Community messages are currently retained for 90 days by default. The current period is shown in the app and may be adjusted by moderation settings between 7 and 365 days. After leaving or being removed from a sharing relationship, that account can no longer access the corresponding shared content. Removing the app or clearing device data may delete local data, so users should export a backup before changing devices or reinstalling. Users may contact the email below to request help deleting cloud data that cannot be deleted directly in the app.

2. アカウント、クラウド同期、体験状態
BiuLogはユーザー識別にFirebase匿名認証を使用し、ファミリー共有、専門ケア連携、端末間同期のためにZeabur上のアプリケーションサービスとPostgreSQLデータベースを使用する場合があります。購入権限および体験状態の維持のため、App ID、プラットフォーム、匿名認証ID、Appバージョン、体験開始日時、最終利用日時、更新日時も処理する場合があります。ユーザーが内容に入力しない限り、これらの識別・状態情報に氏名、電話番号、メールアドレスは必要ありません。
3. 広告
BiuLogはGoogle AdMobを使用して広告を表示します。Googleは、Googleのポリシーに従い、広告識別子、端末情報、広告の操作情報、おおよその位置情報、その他広告関連データを処理する場合があります。広告削除またはプレミアム版の購入後、BiuLogは購入状態に基づき広告表示を停止します。
4. アプリ内購入と支払い

ユーザーはアプリ内でデータの管理、書き出し、バックアップを行い、権限に応じて共有写真やコミュニティメッセージを削除し、他のメンバーをブロックまたは通報できます。コミュニティメッセージの標準保存期間は現在90日です。現在の保存期間はアプリ内に表示され、管理設定により7日から365日の間で変更される場合があります。共有関係から退出または削除された後、そのアカウントは該当する共有内容へアクセスできません。アプリの削除や端末データの消去によりローカルデータが失われる場合があるため、機種変更や再インストール前にバックアップを推奨します。アプリ内で削除できないクラウドデータについては、下記メールアドレスから削除サポートを依頼できます。

BiuLog ist eine App zur Dokumentation des Babyalltags für Eltern und Betreuungspersonen. Diese Erklärung beschreibt, welche Daten BiuLog verarbeitet, zu welchen Zwecken dies geschieht und welche Möglichkeiten Nutzerinnen und Nutzer haben.
1. Verarbeitete Daten
Nutzer können Babyprofile und Betreuungsdaten anlegen, darunter Name, Geburtsdatum, Geschlecht, Fotos, Füttern, Schlaf, Windeln, Beikost, Wachstum, Meilensteine, Milchzähne, Impfungen, Familiengesundheit, Notizen, Erinnerungen, benutzerdefinierte Tasten und Sicherungsdaten. Persönliche Alltagsaufzeichnungen werden überwiegend auf dem Gerät gespeichert. Wird Familienfreigabe oder professionelle Betreuung aktiviert, werden die dafür erforderlichen Baby-, Betreuungs-, Tagesbericht-, Nachrichten-, Mitteilungs-, Anwesenheits- und Übergabedaten an die BiuLog-Cloud übermittelt, damit berechtigte Mitglieder sie synchronisieren können. Bei Nutzung der Eltern-Community verarbeitet der Dienst außerdem den gewählten Anzeigenamen und Avatar, Nachrichten, Antworten, Erwähnungen, Reaktionen, Lesestatus, Meldungen, Blockierungen und notwendige Moderationsdaten.
2. Konto, Cloud-Synchronisierung und Teststatus
BiuLog kann Firebase Anonymous Authentication zur technischen Identifizierung von App-Nutzern sowie einen auf Zeabur bereitgestellten Anwendungsdienst mit PostgreSQL-Datenbank für Familienfreigabe, professionelle Betreuung und geräteübergreifende Synchronisierung einsetzen. Zur Verwaltung von Käufen und Testzeiträumen können App-ID, Plattform, anonyme Authentifizierungs-ID, App-Version, Beginn des Testzeitraums, letzte Nutzung und Aktualisierungszeit verarbeitet werden. Sofern Nutzer diese Angaben nicht selbst in Inhalte eintragen, benötigen diese technischen Datensätze keinen Namen, keine Telefonnummer und keine E-Mail-Adresse.
3. Werbung
BiuLog verwendet Google AdMob zur Anzeige von Werbung. Google kann gemäß den eigenen Richtlinien Werbe-IDs, Geräteinformationen, Anzeigeninteraktionen, ungefähre Standortdaten und weitere werbebezogene Daten verarbeiten. Nach dem Kauf der Werbefreiheit oder der Premium-Version verwendet BiuLog den Kaufstatus, um keine Werbung mehr anzuzeigen.
4. In-App-Käufe und Zahlung
BiuLog bietet nicht verbrauchbare In-App-Käufe wie Werbefreiheit und Premium an. Zahlung, Preis, Beleg und Erstattung werden vom Apple App Store oder von Google Play abgewickelt. BiuLog erhält nur den Kaufstatus, Produktkennungen und die erforderlichen Transaktionsinformationen, um Funktionen freizuschalten oder Käufe wiederherzustellen.
5. Fotos, Dateien und Sicherungen
Nutzer können Fotos für Babyprofile, benutzerdefinierte Tasten, Meilensteine oder geteilte Betreuungsberichte auswählen. BiuLog liest oder lädt die Fotomediathek nicht ohne eine Aktion des Nutzers. Fotos, die aktiv in einem Betreuungsbericht geteilt werden, liegen in einem privaten Cloudflare-R2-Objektspeicher und werden berechtigten Eltern und Betreuungspersonen desselben Kindes über zeitlich begrenzte, autorisierte Links bereitgestellt. Geteilte Berichtsfotos werden standardmäßig 3 Tage aufbewahrt. Innerhalb dieses Zeitraums können berechtigte Nutzer sie speichern oder teilen. Danach werden sie automatisch aus dem Cloud-Speicher entfernt; berechtigte Uploader oder Einrichtungsadministratoren können sie früher löschen. Textberichte und Betreuungsdaten bleiben vom Ablauf eines Fotos unberührt. CSV-Exporte, JSON-Sicherungen und Systemfreigaben werden entsprechend der vom Nutzer gewählten Aktion verarbeitet.
6. Benachrichtigungen
BiuLog kann lokale Benachrichtigungen für Betreuung, Impfungen oder individuell eingestellte Erinnerungen verwenden. Diese Benachrichtigungen werden überwiegend auf dem Gerät verarbeitet.
7. Weitergabe und Dienstanbieter
BiuLog verkauft keine personenbezogenen Daten. Daten können durch Dienste verarbeitet werden, die für die App-Funktionen erforderlich sind, darunter Firebase, Zeabur, PostgreSQL-Dienste, Cloudflare R2, Google AdMob, Apple App Store, Google Play und Betriebssystemdienste. Daten aus Familienfreigabe und professioneller Betreuung sind nur für Familienmitglieder, Eltern, Betreuungspersonen oder Einrichtungsadministratoren verfügbar, denen ein Nutzer aktiv beitritt oder die er autorisiert.
8. Datenschutz von Kindern
BiuLog ist nicht zur direkten Nutzung durch Kinder bestimmt. Die App richtet sich an Eltern und Betreuungspersonen, die Informationen zur Betreuung eines Babys dokumentieren.
9. Kontrolle, Aufbewahrung und Löschung
Nutzer können Daten in der App verwalten, exportieren oder sichern und bei entsprechender Berechtigung geteilte Fotos oder Community-Nachrichten löschen, Mitglieder blockieren und Inhalte melden. Community-Nachrichten werden derzeit standardmäßig 90 Tage aufbewahrt. Der aktuelle Zeitraum wird in der App angezeigt und kann durch Moderationseinstellungen zwischen 7 und 365 Tagen angepasst werden. Nach Verlassen oder Entfernung aus einer Freigabebeziehung kann das Konto nicht mehr auf die betreffenden freigegebenen Inhalte zugreifen. Das Entfernen der App oder das Löschen von Gerätedaten kann lokale Daten löschen; vor einem Gerätewechsel oder einer Neuinstallation sollte daher eine Sicherung exportiert werden. Unterstützung bei der Löschung von Cloud-Daten, die nicht direkt in der App gelöscht werden können, kann über die unten genannte E-Mail-Adresse angefordert werden.

Le registrazioni personali quotidiane vengono conservate principalmente sul dispositivo. Quando l'utente attiva la condivisione familiare o la collaborazione con professionisti, i dati necessari relativi al bebè, alle cure, ai diari giornalieri, ai messaggi, agli avvisi, agli orari di presenza e alle comunicazioni importanti vengono inviati ai servizi cloud di BiuLog per essere sincronizzati tra i membri autorizzati. Quando si utilizza la community dei genitori, il servizio tratta inoltre il nickname e l'avatar scelti, i messaggi, le risposte, le menzioni, le reazioni, lo stato di lettura, le segnalazioni, i blocchi e i dati necessari alla moderazione.
2. Account, sincronizzazione cloud e periodo di prova
BiuLog può utilizzare Firebase Anonymous Authentication per identificare tecnicamente gli utenti dell'app e un servizio applicativo distribuito su Zeabur con database PostgreSQL per fornire condivisione familiare, collaborazione professionale e sincronizzazione tra dispositivi. Per gestire gli acquisti e lo stato del periodo di prova, il sistema può trattare anche ID dell'app, piattaforma, ID di autenticazione anonimo, versione dell'app, data di inizio della prova, ultimo utilizzo e data di aggiornamento. Salvo che l'utente li inserisca personalmente nei contenuti, questi dati tecnici non richiedono nome, numero di telefono o indirizzo e-mail.
3. Pubblicità
BiuLog utilizza Google AdMob per mostrare annunci. In base alle proprie norme, Google può trattare identificatori pubblicitari, informazioni sul dispositivo, interazioni con gli annunci, posizione approssimativa o altri dati collegati alla pubblicità. Dopo l'acquisto della rimozione degli annunci o della versione Premium, BiuLog utilizza lo stato dell'acquisto per interrompere la visualizzazione degli annunci.
4. Acquisti in-app e pagamenti
BiuLog offre acquisti in-app non consumabili, come la rimozione degli annunci e la versione Premium. Pagamento, prezzo, ricevute e rimborsi sono gestiti da Apple App Store o Google Play. BiuLog riceve solo lo stato dell'acquisto, gli identificatori dei prodotti e le informazioni di transazione necessarie per sbloccare le funzioni o ripristinare gli acquisti.
5. Foto, file e backup
Gli utenti possono scegliere foto per il profilo del bebè, i pulsanti personalizzati, le tappe dello sviluppo o i diari di cura condivisi. BiuLog non legge né carica la libreria fotografica senza un'azione dell'utente. Le foto condivise volontariamente in un diario di cura sono conservate in uno spazio oggetti privato Cloudflare R2 e rese disponibili ai genitori e agli operatori autorizzati per lo stesso bambino tramite link autorizzati con scadenza. Le foto dei diari condivisi vengono conservate per 3 giorni per impostazione predefinita e, durante questo periodo, possono essere salvate o condivise dagli utenti autorizzati. Al termine vengono rimosse automaticamente dallo spazio cloud; chi le ha caricate o l'amministratore della struttura, se autorizzato, può eliminarle prima. I testi del diario e i dati di cura non vengono eliminati alla scadenza di una foto. Le esportazioni CSV, i backup JSON e la condivisione tramite il sistema operativo vengono trattati secondo l'azione scelta dall'utente.
6. Notifiche
BiuLog può utilizzare notifiche locali per attività di cura, vaccini o promemoria personalizzati. Le notifiche locali vengono elaborate principalmente sul dispositivo dell'utente.
7. Condivisione e fornitori di servizi
BiuLog non vende i dati personali degli utenti. I dati possono essere trattati dai servizi necessari al funzionamento dell'app, tra cui Firebase, Zeabur, servizi PostgreSQL, Cloudflare R2, Google AdMob, Apple App Store, Google Play e servizi del sistema operativo. I dati condivisi in famiglia o con professionisti sono disponibili solo ai familiari, genitori, operatori o amministratori della struttura ai quali l'utente aderisce o che autorizza.
8. Privacy dei minori
BiuLog non è destinata all'uso diretto da parte dei minori. È pensata per genitori e persone che registrano informazioni relative alla cura di un bebè.
9. Controllo, conservazione ed eliminazione
Gli utenti possono gestire, esportare o salvare i dati nell'app e, quando autorizzati, eliminare foto condivise o messaggi della community, bloccare membri e inviare segnalazioni. I messaggi della community vengono attualmente conservati per 90 giorni per impostazione predefinita. Il periodo corrente è mostrato nell'app e può essere modificato dalle impostazioni di moderazione tra 7 e 365 giorni. Dopo l'uscita o la rimozione da una relazione di condivisione, l'account non può più accedere ai relativi contenuti condivisi. La rimozione dell'app o la cancellazione dei dati del dispositivo può eliminare i dati locali; prima di cambiare dispositivo o reinstallare è consigliabile esportare un backup. Per richiedere assistenza nell'eliminazione di dati cloud che non possono essere cancellati direttamente nell'app, è possibile utilizzare l'indirizzo e-mail riportato di seguito.
